Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by ticket purchaser (and passenger). All alcohol consumption is restricted to those 21 and over. By purchasing this ticket, you agree to the terms set forth by Victory for Veterans, the North Township Trustee, and Wicker Memorial Park.
